New Blauvelt Family Genealogy
The Board of Directors
of the Association of Blauvelt Descendants is pleased to announce that we are
preparing to publish a new Blauvelt
Family Genealogy. We are asking for the
help of all Blauvelt Descendants so that all information is accurate and up to
date! You need not be a member of the
Association of Blauvelt Descendants to be included in this publication. There
will be a separate volume to represent each descendent of Gerrit Hendricksen’s
eight children – i.e. Hendrick, Huybert, Johannes, Margrietje, Abraham, Isaac
and Marretje. This must be done in this manner due to the tremendous volume of
data we have collected since the original publication in 1957.
If you are a descendant
of Gerrit Hendricksen (Blauvelt,) your family should be included in this new
edition. We are requesting your help by completing and sending to us the following
material:

Your help as a
non-member of the Association of Blauvelt Descendants will ensure that your
current family information is included in our new genealogy book. Current
members of the Association will be receiving their information in the mail to
be updated for their immediate families.
Information Release Form
In order for the ABD to
utilize the information you send to us for publication, it will be necessary to
sign the Genealogy Information Release Form. Please print and sign this form.
Send it with all other information. Thank you.
Family Group Record
Please print and
complete all of your information on the Family Group Record to the best of your
knowledge. If you would like to include any photographs, please contact the
secretary for detailed instructions.
